Mode of action:
Microginins are a class of small, linear non-ribosomal peptides isolated from various cyanobacteria, primarily Microcystis aeruginosa. The microginins act as inhibitors against zinc metalloproteases such as angiotensin-converting enzyme1 and leucine aminopeptidase.2
